The Architectural discipline preferences Unit of Display setting is enhanced with a combo box providing you with multiple area display options. This option is used to override using working units for Architectural spaces. Previously, these units were entered manually in a text field.

This optional override is controlled with two new configuration variables:

• BB_AREA_UNIT – Sets the Unit of Measure which determines how the Unit of Display is formatted.
• BB_AREA_UNIT_DISPLAY – Sets the Unit of Display option used.

The unit of display arguments may have the area unit that of unit of measure; e.g. m², sq m, m^2 etc.
